摘要
建立了碱融-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定污泥中硅的方法。试样以碳酸钠和四硼酸钠为熔剂,熔融后加酸提取过滤,残渣用焦硫酸钾复熔,提取液合并稀释后用ICP-OES测量,简单快速,精密度高,用标准物质进行准确度和精密度方法验证,结果与推荐值基本一致,满足污泥中硅的检测需求。
A method has been established for the determination of silicon in sludge with inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)by the alkali-thawing.Sodium carbonate and sodium tetraborate were used as fluxes,the samples were melted and then extracting with acid,After filtration,the residue was remelted with potassium pyrosulfate,and the extract was merged as a sample which measured with inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.The method has simple operation,high accuracy,rapid test and other characteristics.The accuracy and precision of this method were tested by national standard substances,and the result was basically consistent with the recommended value.Therefore,this method meets the detection requirement of silicon in municipal sludge.
