Research on Venture Capital Industry in Guangdong Province:Current Situation and Prospects

基于广东省创业投资相关政策措施与文献综述,总结出广东省创业投资行业具有行业起步早、市场活跃度高、发展区域集中等特点;并针对广东省创业投资行业发展趋势进行展望。包括机构头部化明显,投贷联动持续推进,重视早期投资,投资方向聚焦战略性新兴产业,搭建项目对接公共服务平台,CVC企业创业投资稳中带升,注册制改革助推创投资金退出,打造粤港澳大湾区国际风投创投中心等。

Based on the relevant policy measures and literature review of venture capital in Guangdong Province,the research summarizes three characteristics of venture capital industry in Guangdong,such as early start in the industry,high market activity and concentrated development regions.In addition,the research puts forward eight predictions and prospects for the future development trend of venture capital industry in Guangdong province,including obvious institutional head,continuous promotion of debt-equity combination financing,more attention to early investment,focusing more on emerging sectors of strategic importance,building public service platforms for project docking,steadily increasing of corporate venture capital,boosting the withdrawal of venture capital by the reform of registration system,and building an international venture capital center in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
