摘要
经辐照交联ETFE电缆的会对金属产生腐蚀危害,这就需要加热失活技术。经研究发现,随着加热失活温度上升,不同辐照剂量的氟含量呈现逐渐下降的趋势。加热失活技术可以有效减少辐照交联ETFE电缆的氟析出现象,并显著改善因氟析出引起的连接器或其他设备腐蚀情况。
The insulation material of irradiation cross-linked ETFE cables may cause corrosion damage to metal,which requires post-treatment technology.It was found that with the increase of post-treatment temperature,the fluorine content of different irradiation doses decreased gradually.The post-treatment can effectively reduce the appearance of fluorine evolution in irradiated cross-linked ETFE cables,and significantly improve the corrosion of connectors or other equipment caused by fluorine precipitation.
