谷胱甘肽抑制氧化应激反应进展

谷胱甘肽在人体中有非常重要的生理功能。文章通过阐述人体中重要的抗氧化剂谷胱甘肽,对人体的免疫系统的作用和调控炎症反应的机制,探讨谷胱甘肽对于治疗病毒性肝损伤、化学性肝损伤等的辅助作用,探讨谷胱甘肽有效缩短呼吸机机械通气时间,抗衰老,抗癌等的作用。文章还通过分析新冠肺炎的致病和致死原理,分析谷胱甘肽可以有效治愈各种低氧血症、呼吸窘迫综合症等的临床应用,提出了谷胱甘肽能够起到防御甚至治愈新冠病毒肺炎的推论。

Glutathione(GSH)plays an essential physical role in human body.The aim of this paper is to find out how GSH,the valuable antioxidant of body,treats the chemical hepatic injury and the liver injury following the virus hepatitis through involving the immune regulation and local inflammatory response.This paper also reviews the influences of GHS on effectively shortening the mechanical ventilation time and making other efforts such as anti-aging and anticancer.Rather,this paper assumes that GHS triggers fresh arguments which defense against COVID-19 infection and even cure this virus in future after analyzing the principles and mechanism of virus and the effectively clinic treatments of hypoxia and respiratory distress syndrome(RDS)by GHS.
