基于离散粒子群及遗传算法的配网转供电寻优方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 配电网运行对整个电网系统来讲影响非常大,随着配电网的日益完善,整个网络的构成复杂性更高,如果一个环节出现问题,将会对整个网络的供电质量产生影响,降低用户供电质量。为确保供电可靠性,提出了配网转供方案,这样如果电网企业不能够直接为终端用户供电,通过转供电行为,仍旧能够满足终端用户的用电需求。并且基于离散粒子群以及遗传算法可以进一步做到多种转供方案的优化选择,通过对各项因素的综合考虑分析,在现有基础上来完成参数的调整优化,争取进一步提高配网运行可靠性与经济性。 The operation of the distribution network has a great impact on the whole power grid system.With the increasing improvement of the distribution network,the composition of the whole network is more complex.One problem in one link,if it occurs,will affect the power supply quality of the whole grid and reduce the power supply quality of users.In order to ensure the reliability of power supply,a distribution network power supply transfer scheme is proposed,so that the power grid enterprise,when it can not directly supply power to the end users,can still meet the electricity needs of the end users through the power transfer behavior.And based on discrete particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm,they can further achieve the optimal selection of a variety of transfer schemes.Through the comprehensive consideration and analysis of various factors,this paper intends to complete the adjustment and optimization of parameters on the existing basis,and strives to further improve the reliability and economy of distribution network operation.
