关于危险废弃物鉴定监测的现状、问题及建议研究

在危险废弃物监管体系内,危险废弃物监测技术始终承载着非常重要的作用,其不仅是确保危险废弃物监测精确性的关键,同时也是指导危险废弃物处理作业的技术核心。但是,在实际危险废弃物鉴定监测过程中,包括危险废弃物名录灵活性不足、废弃物鉴定标准不完善在内的诸多问题依旧存在,既严重影响了危险废弃物的监测水平,又给监测人员带来了较大的工作难度。对此,围绕常见危险废弃物进行分析,指出我国危险废弃物鉴定监测的现状及问题,在结合实际基础上研究有效的解决方法,旨在给予危险废弃物鉴定监测人员一定帮助,从而促进我国废弃物管理及环境保护工作的可持续发展。

In the hazardous waste supervision system,hazardous waste monitoring technology always plays a very important role,which is not only the key to ensure the accuracy of hazardous waste monitoring,but also the technical core to guide hazardous waste treatment operations.However,in the actual process of hazardous waste identification and monitoring,many problems still exist,including the lack of flexibility of hazardous waste list and imperfect waste identification standards,which not only seriously affect the monitoring level of hazardous waste,but also bring greater difficulty to the monitoring staff.In this regard,based on the analysis of common hazardous wastes,this paper points out the present situation and problems of hazardous waste identification and monitoring in China,and studies effective solutions on the basis of practice,in order to give some help to hazardous waste identification and monitoring personnel,so as to promote the sustainable development of waste management and environmental protection in China.
