装配式房建PC建筑的发展价值与发展方式

Development Value and Development Mode of Precast Concrete Building

本文针对装配式房建PC建筑的发展价值与发展方式,采用理论结合实践的方法,先分析了目前我国装配式房建PC建筑的发展现状,接着探讨了发展装配式房建PC建筑的价值,最后探究了发展装配式房建PC建筑的方式。分析结果表明,装配式房建PC建筑是我国建筑史上的一次大变革,契合绿色、低碳、环保等新时代理念的要求,具有良好的发展价值。

In this paper,the development value and development mode of precast concrete buildings are analyzed by combining theory with practice.Firstly,the development status of precast concrete buildings in China is analyzed,and then the value of developing precast concrete buildings is discussed.Finally,the way of developing precast concrete buildings is explored.The analysis results show that the precast concrete building is a great change in the history of architecture in China,which meets the requirements of green,low carbon,environmental protection and other new era concepts,and has good development value.
