摘要 建筑审图在保证设计、施工方案符合国家、地方性规范,建设高质量、高标准工程项目中发挥关键作用。而当前阶段的审图方式大多依赖于设计人员的专业水平和个人经验,造成审图效率低下的问题,且以白图代替蓝图的数字化审图方式成为建筑行业的新趋势。该文阐述了数字化审图的发展历程,从审图时合规性检查的一般方法以及在建筑领域中的应用两方面,揭示目前审图研究的局限性。最后,展望国家政策的出台以及深圳市建筑工程人工智能审图系统的上线,为建筑行业数字化时代的到来指明了方向。 Architectural drawing review plays a key role in ensuring that the design and construction plan comply with national and local regulations and the construction of high-quality and high-standard engineering projects.However,the current drawing review methods mostly rely on the professional level and personal experience of the designers,causing the problem of low drawing review efficiency,and the digital review method of replacing blueprints with white drawings has become a new trend in the construction industry.This paper expounds the development process of digital drawing review,and reveals the limitations of current drawing review research from two aspects:the general method of compliance checking in drawing review and its application in architectural field.Finally,the introduction of national policies and the launch of the artificial intelligence mapping system for construction projects in Shenzhen are prospected,which points out the direction for the arrival of the digital age of the construction industry.
