云南省汽车甩挂运输发展模式和对策研究

Study on the Development Mode and Countermeasures of Automobile Drop-and-Pull Transportation in Yunnan Province

汽车甩挂运输作为一种先进的运输组织模式,代表了交通运输业生产力发展的趋势和走向。本文通过分析云南省公路货运业基本情况和目前甩挂运输的发展情况及存在的问题,探究云南省交通运输货运企业运行甩挂运输的可行性,并从行业管理和运输企业层面,研究开展甩挂运输的组织实施与管理、基础条件建设、资金筹措等方面的对策措施及建议,为云南省发展汽车甩挂运输试点工作提供相关技术支撑和决策参考。

Drop-and-pull transport as an advanced mode of transportation organization,represents the development direction of the road transportation industry in advanced transportation productivity.This paper analyzes the basic situation of highway freight industry in Yunnan Province and the current development and existing problems of drop-and-pull transportation,explores the feasibility of running drop-and-pull transportation in transportation freight enterprises in Yunnan Province,and from the level of industry management and transportation enterprises,studies the countermeasures and suggestions on the organization,implementation and management,basic conditions construction and financing of drop-and-pull transportation,so as to provide relevant technical support and decision-making reference for the development of automobile drop-and-pull transportation in Yunnan Province.
