营盘山隧道小断面高地应力隧道围岩掘进技术研究

摘要 本文依托成昆铁路营盘山高地应力软岩隧道,阐述了进行隧道围岩地应力的测试和变形分级及分析变形原因,并根据围岩分级及变形原理,对支护措施进行创新,采用超前导洞释放地应力,综合运用柔性及刚性支护,分级支护,加强监控量测等多种技术措施,有效控制围岩变形,避免施工及运营期间初支、二衬被破坏,确保了隧道施工质量及安全运营。 Based on the high ground stress soft rock tunnel of Chengdu-Kunming railway,this paper expounds the in-situ stress test and deformation classification of tunnel surrounding rock and analyzes the causes of deformation.According to the classification and deformation principle of surrounding rock,the supporting measures are innovated.The ground stress is released by super pilot tunnel,and various technical measures such as flexible and rigid support,graded support and strengthened monitoring and measurement are comprehensively used to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,avoid the destruction of initial support and secondary lining during construction and operation,and ensure the construction quality and safe operation of tunnel.
