高墩大跨度悬浇连续梁0号块自锚式支撑系统设计

摘要 在广州南沙港铁路西江特大桥连续梁大尺寸、长悬挑0号段现浇施工时,设计自锚式墩顶三角托架改善支架结构承载功能,支架构件间采用销接、栓接加快施工速度及提高结构安全性能,顺利完成本项目0号块的现浇施工。文中还对结构主要构件的承载验算方法进行阐述。 During the cast-in-situ construction of the large-size and long cantilevered No.0 section of the continuous girder of the Xijiang Bridge of Guangzhou Nansha Port Railway,a self-anchored triangular bracket on the top of the pier was designed to improve the load-bearing function of the support structure,and the support members were pinned and bolted to speed up the construction and improve the structural safety performance,and successfully complete the cast-in-place construction of block 0 of this project.The paper also elaborates on the method of carrying-bearing check of the main structural components.
