Strategic Space and Prospect of Agricultural Cooperation between China and Southeast Asian Countries

中国与东南亚国家合作开发地缘优势明显,农业合作优势互补、成效显著,东南亚国家是中国对外农业合作开发的首选区域。"一带一路"倡议的提出为促进双边农业合作注入新动力,同时也是一个新的机遇和挑战。在"一带一路"倡议背景下,从农产品贸易总量、粮食贸易合作、农业技术交流等方面分析了中国与东南亚11国农业合作的现状;从提升中国农业国际竞争力的角度出发,在深化战略对接新机制、构建第三方市场农业合作新路径、打造农业合作空间新格局3个方面,系统探讨了中国与东南亚国家农业合作的战略重点。最后,对未来可进一步拓展的农业合作领域及其发展战略进行了展望。

The cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries has obvious geographical advantages,and the agricultural cooperation has complementary advantages and has made remarkable results.Southeast Asian countries are the preferred regions for China's foreign agricultural cooperation and development.The Belt and Road Initiative has injected new impetus to bilateral agricultural cooperation,and is also a new opportunity and challenge.Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,the current situation of agricultural cooperation between China and 11 Southeast Asian countries was analyzed from the total volume of agricultural products,grain trade cooperation and agricultural technology exchange;from the perspective of enhancing the international competitiveness of China's agriculture,the strategic priorities of agricultural cooperation between China and Southeast Asian countries were systematically discussed in three aspects of deepening the new mechanism of strategic docking,building a new path of agricultural cooperation in the third-party market,and creating a new pattern of agricultural cooperation space.Finally,the areas and development strategies of agricultural cooperation that could be further expanded in the future were forecasted.
