摘要
目的通过组织学方法探讨上颌半快速扩弓(semirapid maxillary expansion,SRME)与上颌慢速扩弓(slow maxillary expansion,SME)对小型猪上颌磨牙颊侧骨板骨重建的影响。方法10月龄雄性巴马小型猪11只,随机分为三组:SRME组4只,SME组4只,对照组3只。实验组采用铸造连冠式螺旋扩弓器加力结束保持2个月后取标本。对照组只粘固铸造金属连冠,不加力。对标本进行组织学研究。结果SRME组、SME组上颌磨牙颊侧牙槽骨板中骨吸收陷窝数量、面积及破骨细胞数量均明显大于对照组(P<0.05);SRME组与SME组骨吸收陷窝数量、面积及破骨细胞数量间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论SRME与SME扩弓保持2个月的颊侧牙槽骨板破坏程度无明显差异;上颌扩弓保持2个月后上颌磨牙颊侧牙槽骨板仍存在以骨吸收为主的骨重建活动,有复发可能。为达到长期稳定性,需延长保持时间。
Objective To observe the histological changes of alveolar bone in mini-pigs after semirapid maxillary expansion(SRME)and slow maxillary expansion.Methods Eleven 10-month old male Bama mini-pigs were randomly divided into three groups,SRME group,SME group and a control group.The animal specimens were taken at the end of the 2-month retention period and the histological features observed.Results The area and number of bone resorption,and the number of osteoclasts in buccal alvelor bone were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The area of bone resorption and the number of osteoclasts of SRME group showed no significant difference with SME group(P>0.05).Conclusions SRME and SME caused similar buccal alveolar bone resorption at the end of 2-month retention.After 2-month retention,buccal alveolar bone resorption still exists.In order to achieve the long-term stability,it is necessary to extend the retention period.
