PP/EPDM/CaCO_(3)/POFs复合发泡材料及吸油性能研究

摘要 在聚丙烯/三元乙丙橡胶/碳酸钙(PP/EPDM/CaCO_(3))体系中,采用熔融共混法掺杂多孔有机骨架聚合物(POFs),经过间歇式发泡釜高压发泡成型得到了开孔复合发泡材料,研究了其微观结构和发泡倍率对成品油的吸附性能。结果表明:添加质量分数0.4%CaCO_(3)的复合材料在发泡温度152℃、CO_(2)保压压力20 MPa下,可制备出发泡倍率15.4倍的复合发泡材料,且泡孔尺寸均匀、孔壁光滑。引入POFs后,进一步提高了复合发泡材料吸油性能和疏水性能,当POFs质量分数为0.4%时,对90#汽油5 min的吸油倍率达到9.6倍,且对不同的成品油均有较好的重复吸油性。 In the polypropylene/ethylene propylene diene rubber/calcium carbonate(PP/EPDM/CaCO_(3)) system, porous organic skeleton polymers(POFs) were doped by melt blending method, and the open cell composite foam materials were prepared by high-pressure foaming in an intermittent foaming kettle. The adsorption properties of the microstructure and foaming ratio on the product oil were studied. The results show that when the mass fraction of CaCO_(3) is 0.4%, the composite foam material with foaming ratio of 15.4 times can be prepared under the foaming temperature of 152 ℃ and CO_(2) holding pressure of 20 MPa,and the cell size is uniform and the cell wall is smooth. The introduction of POFs further improves the oil absorption and hydrophobic properties of the composite foam material. When the mass fraction of POFs is 0.4%, the oil absorption ratio of 90# gasoline for 5 min reaches 9.6 times, and it has good repeated oil absorption for different refined oils.
