荧光增白剂对聚甲醛外观颜色的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以聚甲醛(POM)粉料为基料,研究了2,5-双-(5-叔丁基-2-苯并恶唑基)噻吩(OB)、2,2-(4,4-二苯乙烯基)双苯并恶唑(OB-1)、1,4-双(苯并恶唑基-2-基)萘(KCB)、4,4-双(5甲基-2-苯并恶唑基)二苯乙烯(KSN)和7-(二乙氨基)-4-甲基-2H-1-苯并吡喃-2-酮(MDAC)这5种荧光增白剂对POM树脂外观颜色的影响,重点研究了OB-1不同添加量对POM树脂黄色指数的影响。结果表明:5种荧光增白剂均能改善POM树脂的外观色度,其中OB、KSN、MDAC效果相同, OB-1效果最佳;OB-1用量为10×10^(-6)时,POM样品黄色指数为1.75,远小于空白样的黄色指数。 The effects of five fluorescent whitening agents OB, OB-1, KCB, KSN and MDAC on the appearance color of polyoxymethylene(POM) resin were studied with POM powder as the base material, and the effects of different dosage of OB-1 on the yellow index of POM resin were studied in detail. The results show that all five kinds of fluorescent whitening agents can improve the appearance chroma of POM resin. Among them, OB, KSN and MDAC have the same effects, and OB-1 has the best effect. When the dosage of OB-1 is 10 ×10^(-6), the yellow index of POM sample is 1.75, which is far less than that of blank sample.
