基于服务评估的轨道线网优化策略思考--以扬州为例

摘要 该文以扬州为例,在对国内现已运营的轨道交通城市进行轨道交通服务评估与反思的基础上,采用“问题导向-时效引领-服务反馈”的服务优化思路,具体提出基于时效性、人口岗位覆盖、步行可达性的三大轨道线网优化策略,制定针对性的优化方案。整体优化思路与策略对中小城市编制轨道交通线规划及进行线网优化具有一定的借鉴意义。 Compared with big cities operating rail transit systems,development of rail transit systems in mediusized and small cities face greater challenges,such as construction and operation cost,passenger flow.So it is necessary to pay attention to service-oriented development at the stage of rail transit network planning.Taking Yangzhou as an example,based on the service evaluation of domestic rail transit operation cities,this paper adopts the service optimization idea of"problem oriented,time effective oriented and service oriented".It puts forward three optimization strategies about Spatiotemporal accessibility,population and jobs coverage and station walking accessibility.Then brings out specific optimization planning targeted to three strategies.The overall optimization ideas and strategies have a certain reference for medium-sized and small cities to prepare rail network planning or optimize the existing rail transit networks.
