上海市主城区干道网评估与思考

Evaluation and Thinking of Arterial Road Network of Main City in Shanghai

该文在上海市新一轮总体规划发布的背景下通过对上海市主城区干道网进行规划评估,为主城区构建匹配城市发展、协调综合交通、满足宜居生活出行需要的道路网络提供基础支撑。首先通过构建规划实施率、规划达标率、未达标实施难度率及联络通道评估为量化指标的评估体系对主城区干道网现状进行评估,其次从中心城、主城片区、主城片区与中心城之间关系及主城区对外几个角度梳理现状存在问题,最后针对主城区提出中心城以集约优化为导向,主城片区以完善路网结构、提升通道服务效率的差异化发展策略,针对主城区以外提出推进快速通道研究的策略。通过对主城区干道网的评估与思考为深化上海市干道网研究提供分析基础,同时为同类超大城市的道路网规划提供借鉴。

With Shanghai Master Plan 2017-2035,this paper evaluates the planning of the trunk road network of main city in Shanghai,and provides the foundation for the road network satisfying the urban development,the comprehensive transportation coordination and the needs of livable life and commuting.Firstly,this paper evaluates the status quo of the main city road network using quantitative indicator,such as planning implementation rate,the ratio reaching the planning target,etc.Secondly,it sorts out the existing problems from the relationship between the downtown and main city,and the external perspective of the main city.Finally,this paper points out the different strategies for downtown and the main city,which is downtown guided by the intensive optimization,the main city to improve the road network structure and the service efficiency of the channel.In this paper,the evaluation and thin king of the main city arterial road network provides basis for deepening research of Shanghai arterial road network,and provides a strategic reference for other mega cities.
