摘要 原研卡泊芬净(商品名:科赛斯®)于2001年在美国和欧洲上市,2002年在中国上市,适用于成人和3月龄以上的儿童患者经验性治疗中性粒细胞减少伴发热的可疑真菌感染,可有效治疗念珠菌感染以及对其他治疗无效或不能耐受的侵袭性曲霉菌病[1-3]。2019年国产卡泊芬净(商品名:天铭®,正大天晴药业集团股份有限公司产品)获批上市,为国内真菌感染患者提供更多选择。
