IC packaging tubes are indispensable packaging tubes for the production and transportation of integrated circuits.This paper introduces the application and material requirements of IC packaging tube,briefly describes the production process of IC packaging tube,on the basis of which it analyzes its main production process and technical points that should be noted.It also briefly describes the improvement of production efficiency and product quality through technical control.Finally,the general inspection project of IC packaging tube is introduced.
