摘要
为观察不同给药量的乳黄消散对临床型奶牛乳房炎的治疗效果及治疗前后奶样细菌变化情况,为临床治疗提供依据。将32头患临床型乳房炎的奶牛,随机分成3个试验组和1个对照组,每组8头。3个试验组分别灌服乳黄消散500、750、1000g·d^(-1,)公英散对照组灌服500g·d^(-1),连续用药3~6d。结果表明:乳黄消散低、中和高给药组治愈率分别为75.0%、62.5%和87.5%,公英散治愈率为50.0%。奶样病原学检测结果表明,治疗前优势病原菌主要为大肠埃希菌、无乳链球菌和海氏肠球菌等。治疗后乳黄消散低、中和高3个试验组的细菌清除率分别为88.89%、77.78%和90.00%,对照组细菌清除率为62.50%。对治愈率和细菌清除率进行统计分析,结果表明,细菌清除率的高低与临床治愈率呈正相关。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ruhuangxiao powder in different dosages on clinical dairy mastitis and the changes of bacterium present in milk samples before and after treatment,and to provide a basis for clinical treatment.A total of 32cows with clinical bovine mastitis were randomly divided into three test groups and one control group.Three test groups were drenched with Ruhuangxiao powder 500,750,1000g·d^(-1)respectively,the control group was drenched with Gongying powder 500g·d^(-1),and all experimental animals were administrated for 3to 6days.The results showed that the cure rates of the low,medium and high groups of Ruhuangxiao powder were 75.0%,62.5%and 87.5%,respectively,and that of Gongying powder was 50.0%.The results of milk bacteria test showed that the main bacteria in milk samples were Escherichia coli,Streptococcus agalactiae and Enterococcus hirae before treatment.After treatment,the bacterial eradication rate of the low,medium and high Ruhuangxiao powder groups was 88.89%,77.78%and 90.00%respectively,and that of the control group was 62.50%.The results obtained demonstrated that the level of bacterial eradication rate was positively correlated with the clinical cure rate.
