摘要
阀门铸钢件使无损检测是保证阀门质量不可或缺的一个重要环节。结合铸造碳钢(WCB)材料的声场特性进行了试验与分析,详细阐述了WCB材料阀门铸钢件异形结构区域的试件制作、检测专用软件选择、检测工艺设计与检测结果分析。结果表明,相控阵超声检测技术可对正火状态的阀门铸钢件异形结构区域进行有效检测,解决了常规无损检测技术的局限性,具有操作简便、快捷的特点。
Nondestructive testing of valve steel castings is an indispensable part to ensure valve quality.Based on the test and analysis of sound field characteristics of WCB material,the paper described in detail test pieces making of WCB valve steel castings with irregular structure,the selection of special test software,test process design and test result analysis.The results show that the phased array ultrasonic inspection technology is easy to operate and fast,which can effectively detect irregular structure of valve steel castings in normalizing state,and solve the limitation of conventional nondestructive testing technology.
