摘要 结合相控阵超声检测理论与耐张线夹的实际情况,分析了相控阵超声检测应用于输电线路耐张线夹压接质量检测的可行性。结合有限元仿真结果,分别对耐张线夹的3个压接位置进行相控阵超声现场检测,并对其结果进行分析,验证了使用相控阵超声检测输电线路耐张线夹压接质量的可行性。 Based on the theory of ultrasonic phased array detection and the actual situation of the strain clamp,the feasibility of applying the ultrasonic phased array technology to the quality inspection of strain clamp of transmission line has been analyzed.According to the finite element simulation results,three crimping positions of the strain clamps have been tested,and the feasibility of using ultrasonic phased array technology to detect the crimping quality of strain clamps has been verified.
