小针刀治疗颈源性头痛临床疗效及对颈椎功能的影响

Effect of Small Needle Knife Therapy on Cervical Headache and Its Effect on Headache and Cervical Spine Function

目的观察小针刀治疗对颈源性头痛(CHE)临床效果及对颈椎功能的影响。方法将本院228例CEH患者随机分为观察组与对照组各114例。对照组采用芬必得胶囊治疗,观察组采用小针刀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、头痛评分、头痛发作时间和发作频率、颈椎生理曲度值、活动度及功能障碍指数评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组颈痛程度、发作时间和频率均降低;且观察组头痛程度、发作时间和频率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组颈椎活动度评分(ROM)与颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分均降低,颈椎生理曲度值(颈曲值)增高(P<0.05);且观察组ROM和NDI评分均低于对照组,颈曲值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小针刀治疗CEH患者临床疗效较好,能明显降低头痛程度,恢复颈椎生理功能。

Objective To observe the effect of small needle knife therapy on cervicogenic headache(CEH)and cervical spine function.Methods 228 patients with CEH were divided into observation group and control group,114 cases each.Control group was treated with Fenbid Capsule,and observation group was treated with small needle knife therapy.The clinical efficacy,headache score,time and frequency of headache attacks,cervical spine physiological curvature value,activity and dysfunction index score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The degrees of neck pain,attack time and frequency of both groups decreased after treatment,and the degrees of headache,attack time and frequency of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the cervical spine activity score(ROM)and cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)of both groups after treatment decreased and the neck curvature value increased(P<0.05),and the ROM and NDI scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the neck curvature value was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small needle knife therapy was effective in treatment of CEH,which can significantly reduce the degree of headache and restoring the physiological function of the cervical spine.
