摘要
中医肝病专家王融冰教授依据中医"肝与大肠相通"理论,结合临床多年对慢性重症肝炎症候学的研究,认为慢性重症肝炎至内毒素血症阶段为本虚标实之证,本为肝肾阴虚,标为浊毒泛溢,因此可通过"调肠治肝"治疗本证。"调肠治肝"为中医药治疗慢性重型肝炎提供了新的思路。
Prof. WANG Rongbing is a famous expert on liver disease in TCM. Based on the theory of"the connection between the liver and the large intestine",and combined with her clinical studies on chronic severe hepatitis syndromes for many years,she concluded that the endotoxemia stage of chronic severe hepatitis is the syndrome of deficiency of qi and excessive evils,which is yin deficiency of liver and kidney,and the syndrome is turbid toxin overflowing. Therefore,she proposed to treat chronic severe hepatitis endotoxemia by dredging the intestines,which provided a new idea for the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis with TCM.
