摘要
为科学合理地评价海绵城市建设成效,构建基于DPSIR-EES和系统动力学(SD)模型的海绵城市建设绩效评价体系,以DPSIR-EES耦合系统下的27个主要子指标对海绵城市整个动态系统进行绩效评价和预测分析,并以武汉市汉阳四新示范区建设项目为例进行绩效评价仿真模拟。结果表明:该项目绩效评价结果为优秀,与熵权TOPSIS法、云模型法和层次分析法结果一致,预测未来海绵城市建设项目绩效水平将稳定增长,并在此基础上提出海绵城市绩效评价研究建议。
In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the effectiveness of sponge city construction,a sponge city construction performance evaluation system based on the DPSIR-EES and SD models was constructed.The 27 main sub-indicators under the DPSIR-EES coupling system were used to evaluate and predict the performance of the entire dynamic system of the sponge city.The performance evaluation simulation of Hanyang Sixin Demonstration Zone in Wuhan was taken as an example.The results showed that the project performance evaluation result was excellent,which was consistent with the results by entropy weight TOPSIS method,cloud model method and analytic hierarchy process.It was predicted that the performance level of the sponge city construction project would increase steadily in the future.On this basis,the research recommendations for the performance evaluation of sponge cities were put forward.
