摘要
在分析我国工业行业碳排放现状基础上,构建工业行业碳减排效率评价的SBM模型,对其碳减排效率进行评价,利用面板计量模型分析影响因素,最后提出相应的结论,包括从整体上来看我国工业行业的节能减排空间较大,碳排放效率亟待进一步提升;对于1%的显著性检验,只有企业规模这一变量未能通过,在其他几个变量中,技术创新可受到环境规制的影响而对工业行业碳排放效率发挥促进作用。
Based on the analysis of the status of carbon emissions in China’s industrial sectors,an SBM model is constructed for evaluating carbon emission reduction efficiency in the industrial sector,evaluating its carbon emission reduction efficiency,and using panel measurement models to analyze influencing factors. Finally,the corresponding conclusions are put forward,including that China’s industrial industry has a large room for energy conservation and emission reduction on the whole,and the carbon emission efficiency urgently needs to be further improved. For the 1% significance test,only the variable of firm size failed,among several other variables,technological innovation can be affected by environmental regulations to promote the efficiency of industrial carbon emissions.
