汽车关门压耳感影响因素研究及优化 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了汽车关门耳压的相关理论及影响关门压耳感的相关因素,对某款电动汽车进行主、客观评价。针对该车关门压耳感明显的问题,对潜在影响因素(空调系统内外循环模式、鼓风机送风量、关门速度、整车气密性和气流通道)做全面分析。通过研究发现,影响关门耳压的主要频率分布在50 Hz以下,影响关门压耳感的主要因素是气流通道。在后侧围内饰板增设适当面积的通气孔对气流通道进行优化。试验结果表明:该方案成功降低了关门压耳感,其思路和方法可为类似问题的解决提供参考,具有工程应用价值。 This paper presents the obvious problem of the bad feeling of vehicledoor-slamming aural pressure.It is a comprehensive analysis of the potential factors(air conditioning system internal and external circulation mode,blower air volume,closing speed,vehicle air tightness and air circulation channel)of the vehicle,with the main factors affecting the feeling of pressure in the ear being the flow channels,the main frequency distribution is below 50 Hz.The open air bore of the rear of the interior is optimized and test results show that the scheme successfully solves the problem of the bad feeling of pressure in the ear.This idea and method can serve as a reference for similar problems and havea certain technical application value.
