摘要
用电负载要求电场耦合无线电能传输系统的输出电压或电流不能随着负载等效阻值的变化而大幅度变化。基于此分析谐振网络在不同工作模式下输出恒定的一般性条件,给出具有恒定输出特性的三阶谐振电路形式,推导分析T-CLC、T-LCL、Π-CLC和Π-LCL 4种三阶谐振电路在恒压及恒流2种模式下的输入输出增益、全谐波畸变率及参数敏感性,提出分别适用于恒压型和恒流型系统的4种电路结构,给出系统的参数设计方法。最后通过仿真模型及实验样机验证所提出系统的传输特性及参数设计方法的准确性。结果表明:所提出的系统不仅具有恒定输出特性,同时还兼具较好的谐波抑制能力和参数鲁棒性。所搭建样机系统能以83%的整机效率输出100 W功率。
Electric-field Coupled Power Transfer(ECPT)systems employ high frequency electric field as energy medium to transfer power wirelessly,which has received much attention recently due to the coupling structure featuringlow cost,light weight and high fabricability.The electrical equipment has the need of a stable operating voltage.This paper derives the general constraints on resonant networks for constant output and presents the three orders resonant circuits with constant output.The output gain of four resonant circuits including T-CLC,T-LCL,Π-CLC andΠ-LCL are calculated and then the Total Harmonic Distortion as well as parameter sensitivity are analyzed.Accordingly,four types of system circuits based on T-type andΠ-type resonant networks and the design method are proposed.A prototype system was built and transferred power of 100 W with efficiency of 83%.Finally,the transfer characteristics of the proposed system and the accuracy of the design method have been verified by simulation and experimental results.
