摘要
滤芯是飞机液压系统过滤器实现过滤功效的关键部件。在过滤器鉴定时,按照现有航空标准一般采用新滤芯进行过滤效率试验考核,然而当过滤器实际安装在飞机液压系统中时,在遭受系统冷起动极限压力、流量循环疲劳等工况后,滤芯过滤性能会大幅下降,最终导致过滤器失效,而这种失效往往被人们忽视。该文结合某型飞机液压系统的工况,通过对比分析两种滤芯在经受冷起动、流量循环疲劳环境试验前后的结构完整性及过滤特性,为同类产品的安全性和可靠性设计提供经验借鉴,以便最大程度的降低产品在装机后的失效风险。
Filter element is the critical part for aircraft hydraulic system filter performance.Fresh filter is normally selected for filter performance qualification,however this character may obviously drop down and cause filter failure after suffering from system cold-start limit pressure,flux cycle fatigue and other working conditions.In this paper,two filters are compared and analyzed under system condition before and after the cold-start and flow cycle fatigue tests,evidence are provided to support similar safety and reliability design to avoid the potential performance failure.
