摘要
该文基于AMESim工程软件,分析履带式液压挖掘机直线行走阀复位弹簧刚度的变化对液压系统动态响应特性的影响,仿真得出了多组数据,通过对仿真结果及试验数据的对比验证分析,找出了复位弹簧不同刚度对液压系统响应特性的具体影响,从而便于后期直线行走阀复位弹簧刚度的选取和挖掘机行走液压系统性能的优化与提升。
This paper based on AMESim engineering software,to analyzes the influence of the change in the reset spring stiffness of the linear walking valve of crawler hydraulic excavator on the dynamic response characteristics of the hydraulic system,several sets of data were obtained by simulation,through the comparative verification and analysis of simulation results and test data,the specific influence of different stiffness of the reset spring on the response characteristics of the hydraulic system is found out,therefore,it is convenient to select the reset spring stiffness of the linear walking valve and optimize and improve the performance of the hydraulic system of excavator.
