Chimeric antigen receptor T cells in treatment of refractory Richter syndrome:report of one case and review of literature

摘要 目的观察嵌合抗原受体T细胞(CAR-T)对难治性Richter综合征(RS)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年2月苏州永鼎医院1例由慢性淋巴细胞白血病转变的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果患者为66岁女性,多次常规化疗效果不佳,给予CAR-T治疗3周后完全缓解,至截稿前持续缓解20个月。结论抗CD19的CAR-T可能对难治性RS有良好、持久的疗效。
