摘要
以水性丙烯酸乳液为成膜物,通过加入锶铬黄与磷酸锌等防锈填料共同作用,制备出具有优异防腐蚀性能的水性涂料.研究不同添加量的锶铬黄对耐盐雾性能的影响,使用Tafel动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱进行电化学表征,结果表明,当锶铬黄的添加量为1.5%时,具有最佳的防腐蚀性能.
The water-based coating with excellent anticorrosive properties was prepared by adding strontium chromium yellow and zinc phosphate as antirust fillers.The effects of different amounts of strontium chromi⁃um yellow on salt spray resistance were studied.Tafel potentiometric polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectrum were used for electrochemical characterization.The results showed that the strontium chromium yellow had the best corrosion resistance when the amount of strontium chromium yellow was 1.5%.
