Drawing on the European Model of Long-term Care,Developing Formal Home Care and Institutional Long-term Care Services in China

正式照护服务是长期照护体系中应对老龄化的重要措施、通过分析欧洲国家应对老龄化的长期照护策略,其正式长期照护和非正式长期照护的服务模式,长期照护的公共资金支付和个人花费,以及部分欧洲国家长期照护体系建设案例,探讨我国建立长期照护服务体系,发展正式居家照护和机构长期照护服务模式的必要性。

Formal care service,a branch of the long-term care system,is an important measure to deal with population aging.By analyzing long-term care strategies for aging in European countries,the service modes of formal and informal Iong-term care,the payment of public funds and personal expenses of the care,and cases of developing long-term care system in some European countries,this paper discussed the necessity of establishing long-term care service system and developing fonnal home care and institutional long-term care service mode in China.
