国外老年学跨学科的发展及启示:历史、模式与策略

The Development of Gerontology in Other Countries and Experiences We Can Draw:History,Models and Strategies

20世纪初,西方发达国家创建老年学以应对人口老龄化问题,国外老年学发展经历了从多学科向跨学科发展的演进过程。基于老年学知识生产、知识传播和知识应用等角度,国外老年学形成了跨学科研究发展的基本模式,确立了构建跨学科协同研究机制、发挥老年学学会引领作用和强化老年学政策咨询功能的发展策略。鉴于国外老年学跨学科发展的经验,我国需要完善老年学跨学科整合研究范式,重视老年学学会的组织带动作用,建设老龄问题智库,以发挥老年学的知识驱动作用,提升老年学学科发展水平。

At the beginning of the 20 th century,western developed countries created gerontology to respond to the problem of population aging.Since then gerontology has gone through an evolutionary process from multidisciplinary to interdisciplinary.On the basis of production,dissemination and application of knowledge in this sphere,the discipline formed a basic model for interdisciplinary research,and mapped out a development strategy that aims to establish an interdisciplinary collaborative research mechanism,make gerontological societies play a leading role and strengthen gerontology’s policy advisory role.In view of the experience we can draw from inter disciplinary development of gerontology abroad,we need to improve the research paradigm in China,attach importance to the organizational role of gerontology societies,develop a think tank on aging,in order to give play to the knowledge-driven role of gerontology and promote gerontology to a higher level.
