莲藕活性成分及其生物学功能研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 莲藕是一种"食药皆宜"的高营养价值蔬菜。莲藕中含有丰富的生物活性成分,含量最多的是多酚类和糖类。因此,莲藕也具有多种功能特性,其中抗氧化功能尤为突出,在医药、保健食品、护肤美容等领域具有极高的利用价值。本文归纳总结了近年来关于莲藕中植物化学物及其生物活性功能的国内外研究,并对其发展前景进行了展望,旨在为莲藕资源的开发利用及其产业的快速发展提供科学依据。[营养学报,2020,42 (5):509-513] Lotus root is one of vegetables with high nutritional value that is suitable for both food and medicine.Lotus root contains a variety of bioactive components,in which polyphenols and sugars are the most abundant.Lotus root also has a variety of functional properties,among which the antioxidant function is particularly prominent.Lotus root has a high value in the fields of medicine,health food,skin care and beauty.To provide a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of lotus root resources and also the rapid development of its industrialization,we summarized the phytochemicals and their bioactive functions in lotus root based on domestic and international liferatures.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2020,42(5):509-513]
