摘要
利用响应面法优化山地五月茶黄酮的提取工艺。通过单因素试验,探讨乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取温度对山地五月茶黄酮提取率的影响。应用响应面法软件分析,确定山地五月茶黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果显示,山地五月茶黄酮的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度57%、料液比1∶39、提取温度84℃、加热回流提取100 min,黄酮得率为(0.1189±0.02)。通过响应面法建立山地五月茶黄酮的提取工艺,为山地五月茶的资源利用、研究开发等提供科学依据。
An attempt was made to optimize the extraction of flavonoids from Antidesma montanum by response surface methodology.A single factor experiment was designed to observe the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,duration of sample extraction and temperature on the yield of total flavonoids extracted,and all the four factors were redesigned with 3 levels by using the response surface methodology to optimize the conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from A.montanum.The optimal condition was determined to be alcohol concentration,57%;solid-liquid ratio,1:39;extraction temperature,84°C;heating reflux extraction for 100 minutes,under which the extraction yield of flavonoids from A.montanum was(0.1189±0.02).A procedure for extraction of flavonoids from A.montanum was thus established,which provides valuable reference for further analysis of A.montanum.
