摘要 Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在细胞生长分化、组织器官形成以及成体干细胞的维持等方面发挥重要作用,其异常激活可导致肿瘤的形成。研究显示,妇科恶性肿瘤宫颈癌的发生发展与该通路密切相关,可通过Wnt/β-catenin通路的调节为肿瘤的防治提供新的思路与策略。本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路概述及其与宫颈癌的发生、发展的关系,以期为宫颈癌的预防及治疗提供参考。 Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in cell growth and differentiation,tissue and organ formation,and the maintenance of adult stem cells.Its abnormal activation can lead to tumor formation.Studies have shown that the occurrence and development of cervical cancer in gynecological malignancies are closely related to this pathway,and the regulation of Wnt/β-catenin pathway can provide new ideas and strategies for tumor prevention and treatment.This article summarizes the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and its relationship with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,in order to provide references for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
