摘要 近年来,随着辅助生殖技术的迅猛发展,在关注临床妊娠率和活产率的同时,也开始采取一些措施尽量避免该技术所带来的一系列并发症。囊胚时期移植可以更好的发掘胚胎的发育潜力,且更符合人体的生理情况,单囊胚移植还可以在不降低临床妊娠率、活产率的前提下,有效地降低多胎妊娠率及其带来的危害。本文现对单囊胚移植的优势及其存在一些风险进行综述。 In recent years,with the rapid development of assisted reproductive technology,while paying attention to the clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate,some measures have also been taken to avoid a series of complications caused by the technology.Transplantation at the blastocyst stage can better explore the developmental potential of the embryo and is more in line with the physiological condition of the human body.Single blastocyst transfer can also effectively reduce the multiple pregnancy rate and its harm without reducing the clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate.This article now reviews the advantages of single blastocyst transfer and some of its risks.
