大肠癌患者的灵性需求现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Status Quo of Spiritual Needs and Influencing Factors of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的了解大肠癌患者的灵性需求现状,并分析其影响因素。方法以2018年1月~2019年6月我院普外科收治的156例大肠癌患者为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、中文版灵性需求评估量表进行调查,了解大肠癌患者的灵性需求现状并分析其影响因素。结果大肠癌患者的灵性需求总分为(67.82±11.90)分,条目均分为(2.95±0.52)分,其中“意义与目的”维度的条目均分最高,为(3.11±1.03)分,其次是“爱与联系”“接受死亡”“希望与和平”,而“与超自然的关系”维度条目均分最低,为(2.79±1.12)分;单因素分析显示,不同年龄、家庭月收入的患者灵性需求得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别、教育水平、婚姻状况、宗教信仰、疾病种类、有无肠造口、化疗疗程及疾病分期的患者灵性需求得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,性别、教育水平、有无宗教信仰、有无肠造口、疾病分期是影响大肠癌患者灵性需求的独立因素。结论我院大肠癌患者的灵性需求较高,其中性别、教育水平、有无宗教信仰、有无肠造口、疾病分期是影响大肠癌患者灵性需求的独立因素,护理人员应结合实际情况,为患者提供灵性关怀照护,以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To understand the status quo of spiritual needs of patients with colorectal cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 156 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the Department of General Surgery of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were used as the survey subjects.The general situation questionnaire and the Chinese version of the spiritual needs assessment scale were used to investigate the spiritual needs of patients with colorectal cancer.The status quo and analysis of its influencing factors.Results The total spiritual needs of patients with colorectal cancer were scored(67.82±11.90)points,and the items were equally divided into(2.95±0.52)points.Among them,the items with the"meaning and purpose"dimension had the highest average score,which was(3.11±1.03)points.The second was"love and connection","acceptance of death","hope and peace",and the"relationship with the supernatural"dimension items had the lowest average score at(2.79±1.12);Univariate analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the spiritual needs scores of patients of different ages and family monthly incomes(P>0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the spiritual needs scores of patients with different genders,education levels,marital status,religious beliefs,disease types,presence or absence of intestinal stoma,chemotherapy treatment and disease stages(P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education level,religious beliefs,intestinal stoma and disease stage were independent factors that affect the spiritual needs of colorectal cancer patients.Conclusion The spiritual needs of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital are relatively high.Among them,gender,education level,religious beliefs,intestinal stoma and disease stage are independent factors that affect the spiritual needs of colorectal cancer patients.Nursing staff should consider the actual situation.Patients provide spiritual care and care to improve their quality of life.
