养老护理员院前急救能力现状调查

Survey on the Status Quo of the Prehospital First Aid Ability of Nursing Staff

目的通过调查了解养老护理员院前急救能力,为进一步完善养老护理员院前急救培训提供参考依据。方法于2019年3月~12月运用方便抽样法,从综合医院老年病房、养老护理院、社区居家养老机构中选取128名养老护理员作为研究对象,根据工作环境不同分为综合医院老年病房组(n=40)、养老护理院组(n=43)、社区居家养老组(n=45),对各组院前急救能力进行理论考核,应用深度访谈法对其中的12名养老护理员进行访谈,利用Colaizzi分析法分析访谈资料。结果综合医院老年病房组、养老护理院组、社区居家养老组的养老护理员的救护成绩均较低,多数养老护理员成绩在68~71分,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);本次访谈共提取4个主题:养老护理员对急救技能的认识、养老护理员对急救培训方式的选择、养老护理员的院前急救能力不足、养老护理员急救培训有待完善。结论养老护理员的院前急救综合能力不足,学习救护知识积极性不高,应优化养老护理员急救培训方式,提高养老护理员的院前急救能力。

Objective To understand the prehospital first aid ability of elderly care workers through investigation,and provide a reference for further improving the prehospital first aid training of elderly care workers.Methods From March to December 2019,the convenience sampling method was used to select 128 elderly care workers from general hospitals'geriatric wards,nursing homes,and community home care institutions as the research objects.According to different working environment,it was divided into general hospital geriatric ward group(n=40),nursing home group(n=43),community home-based care group(n=45).The theoretical assessment of the pre-hospital first aid ability of each group was carried out.The in-depth interview method was used to interview 12 elderly care workers,and the interview data were analyzed by the Colaizzi analysis method.Results The nursing performance of elderly care workers in the general hospital geriatric ward group,nursing home group,and community home-based elderly care group was low.Most elderly care workers scored 68-71 points.There was no statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05);Four topics were extracted from this interview:elderly caregivers'understanding of first aid skills,choice of elderly caregivers'first aid training methods,insufficient pre-hospital first aid capabilities of elderly caregivers,and first aid training for elderly caregivers to be improved.Conclusion The comprehensive pre-hospital first aid ability of elderly care workers is insufficient,and the enthusiasm for learning first aid knowledge is not high.The first aid training methods of elderly care workers should be optimized to improve the pre-hospital first aid ability of elderly care workers.
