智慧图书馆是图书馆未来发展的方向,智慧图书馆的发展需要有丰富的人力资源作为保障,智慧馆员是智慧图书馆服务的践行者,在智慧服务中占主导地位。文章从智慧馆员的重要性、服务理念、培养机制以及团队建设等几个方面重点探讨了智慧馆员如何适应智慧图书馆未来发展需要,以及如何建立与智慧化服务相适应的智慧馆员培养方式和服务机制。

Smart library is the direction of the future development of the library.Its development needs abundant human resources as a guarantee.As the practitioner of smart library service,the smart librarian plays a dominant role in smart library service.From the aspects of the importance of smart librarians,service concept,training mechanism and team building,this paper explores how smart librarians should adapt to the future development of smart libraries and how to establish a training and service mechanism for smart librarians that is compatible with smart services.
