舍曲林药物不良反应文献分析

Literature Analysis of Sertraline related Adverse Drug Reactions

目的:分析舍曲林药物不良反应发生和分布的一般规律和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:检索2003年1月~2020年6月中国医院数字图书馆(CHKD)、万方医学网、维普中文科技期刊、Pub Med、Embase数据库中收录的有关舍曲林药物不良反应的文献。运用统计学方法对文献中舍曲林不良反应发生时间、累及系统/器官、临床表现、转归等信息进行统计分析汇总。结果:共纳入54篇文献,共计60例不良反应病例。舍曲林不良反应主要以女性、青壮年(15~44岁)、老年人(≥65岁)为主;不良反应多于用药10天以后发生;主要累及神经系统、循环系统、消化系统等。结论:舍曲林所致的不良反应可累及全身多个系统器官,且多为迟发型。在使用舍曲林时,应加强对其不良反应的监测,做好跟踪随访和记录,以减少不良事件的发生。

Objective:To analyze the general rules and characteristics of the occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reactions in the application of sertraline,so as to provide references for clinical safety.Methods:The literatures on sertraline related adverse drug reactions were retrieved from China Hospital Digital Library(CHKD),Wanfang Medical Network,VIP Chinese Scitech Journals,PubMed and Embase databases from January 2003 to June 2020.The occurrence time,involved system/organ,clinical manifestation,outcome and other information of sertraline related adverse reactions in the literature were analyzed and summarized by statistical methods.Results:A total of 54 reports were included in the study,including 60 cases of adverse reactions.Sertraline related adverse reactions mainly occurred in females,young adults(15~44 years old)and elderly people(≥65 years old),with occurring duration of more than 10 days.Mainly involved systems were the nervous system,circulatory system and digestive system.Conclusion:The adverse reactions caused by sertraline may involve multiple systems and organs of the whole body,most of which are delayed.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring,follow up and record of sertraline related adverse reactions,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
