莫西沙星致过敏性休克17例文献分析

Literature Analysis of 17 Cases of Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Moxifloxacin

目的:分析莫西沙星致过敏性休克的特点和规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:对中国知网及万方数据库报道的莫西沙星致过敏性休克病例进行统计分析。结果:共收集到17例患者的不良反应报告,主要累及交感副交感神经系统损害(29.4%)、心血管系统一般损害(14.3%)、呼吸系统损害(14.3%)、中枢及外周神经系统损害(11.8%)、神经紊乱(10.1%)。结论:莫西沙星致过敏性休克应引起临床高度重视,早期发现并给予对症治疗可将损害降至最低。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics and regular patterns of anaphylactic shock induced by moxifloxacin and to promote rational clinical drug use.Methods:Based on CNKI and Wanfang database,literatures about anaphylactic shock induced by moxifloxacin were collected and statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 17 cases of anaphylactic shock induced by moxifloxacin were collected.Most anaphylactic shock was related to autonomic nervous system disorder(29.4%),cardiovascular system general disorder(14.3%),respiratory system disorder(14.3%),central and peripheral nervous system disorder(11.8%)as well as nerve disorder(10.1%).Conclusion:Anaphylactic shock induced by moxifloxacin should be emphasized in clinic.Early detection and symptomatic treatment can minimize damages to the most.
