This paper introduces YANG Shaobo's experience in diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.YANG Shaobo worked in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical College for Continuing Education(Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University nowadays).He is one of the first 500 instructors of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)academic inheritance in China.YANG Shaobo is good at diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine and gynecological diseases.A batch of effective prescriptions of YANG Shaobo were found.At present,YANG Shaobo's works on gynecological experience are rare.From them,some experiences of gynecological disease therpy are selected.It includes common diseases,emergencies and difficult diseases which reflects the characteristics of YANG Shaobo's academic experience and serves for clinical reference.
