基于岗位胜任力开展临床输血教学

Teaching of clinical transfusion based on competency

输血是临床上重要的治疗抢救手段之一,而目前医学生在其所接受的系统医学教育中对临床输血的了解却甚少,临床输血学是输血医学的重要分支,是目前医学生实验诊断学教学的重要组成部分,却一直并未纳入其教学实践,大大落后于临床实际情况^([1])。以"素质教育、能力教育"为切入点,基于"岗位胜任力",近年来我们对实验诊断学进行了教学改革尝试,从2009年开始在我校临床医学八年制学生的实验诊断学教学中开设临床输血课,从2013年开始在临床医学五年制、预防医学的实验诊断学教学、护理&业的健康评估教学中开设了临床输血课。

Good competency in health care is the core requirement for the quality of training for medical students.Blood transfusion is one of the most important clinical treatments,but medical students have little knowledge of clinical blood transfusion in their systematic medical education.Adjusting the focus of teaching of clinical blood transfusion with the different professions is helpful to cultivate the competency for medical students.
