摘要
目的:应用磁共振影像技术,观察气海俞穴的解剖结构,并测量其针剌深度,以进一步明晰气海俞穴的解剖层次,为临床针刺提供更准确的深度依据。方法:用磁共振仪采集36例成年志愿者气海俞穴的断面图像,观察并分析其解剖层次,测量直刺时的危险深度。结果:左、右气海俞穴直刺时的平均危险深度值,男性分别为(10.72±1.08)、(10.55±1.01)cm,女性分别为(9.61±1.57)、(9.56±1.52)cm。危险深度与体型有高度相关性,男性气海俞穴的危险深度大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:磁共振断面影像明确了气海俞穴的解剖层次。气海俞穴针刺深度在直刺0.8~1.0寸的基础上,为达到更好的针感,可以依据体型适度增加。
Objective:Using magnetic resonance imaging technology to observe the anatomical structures of Qihaishu acupoints and measure the acupuncture depths to further clarify the anatomical levels,thus providing more accurate basis for clinical acupuncture depths.Methods:The cross-sectional images of 36 adult volunteers’Qihaishu acupoints were collected with a magnetic resonance instrument,the anatomical levels were observed and analyzed,and the risk depths of straight piercing were tested.Results:The risk depths of the right and left Qihaishu acupoints were(10.72±1.08)cm and(10.55±1.01)cm for males,and were(9.61±1.57)cm and(9.56±1.52)cm for females.The risk depths were highly correlated with body builds.The risk depths of males were greater than those of females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance sectional image can clarify the anatomical structure of Qihaishu acupoints.On the basis of 0.8-1.0 inch straight piercing,the acupuncture depths can be adjusted moderately according to body builds of the patients.
