摘要
本文基于通风管道均匀漏风串并联复合模型,开发出用于求解局部通风网络的计算机解算程序,通过对比潘洛铁矿相关通风数据,验证了该计算理论与解算程序的准确性与实用性。同时,采用非线性回归分析和线性回归分析中局部灵敏度分析方法对影响输送到长距离独头工作面风量的通风参数进行了分析,分析表明:要在长掘进断面获得良好的通风效果,增加通风管道的直径是最为有效的措施;而风机的选择对长距离独头掘进巷道工作面输送风量大小没有明显影响。
In this study,a method known as series–parallel complex model of the Uniform air duct and leakage path has been introduced and a computer program has been developed based on this method,comparing the collected dates and records of local ventilation in Pan-luo Iron Mine with the results made by the program,it shows that the calculation theory and program is accurate and practical.At the same time,The effective operational parameters governing local ventilation have been investigated and the effects of these variables on the volume rate of air flow reaching long digging working face have been examined by using linear regression analysis and local sensitivity analysis method of nonlinear regression analysis,it shows that the increase of duct diameter is the most effective measure and the selection of fan does not greatly affect the volume rate reaching the face in a long duct line.
