预先分级对福建省某铜矿浮选工艺的影响

摘要 福建省某铜矿石采用磨矿前预先分级减少细粒级过磨现象,试验开展了不同粒度预先分级-磨矿-浮选工艺试验,预先分级粒度为0.2mm的闭路试验结果最好,获得产率为1.38%、铜品位为26.87%、铜回收率为90.59%的铜精矿,比原矿浮选工艺流程获得铜精矿铜品位提高了2.63%、铜回收率提高了2.82%。综合考虑后续工业生产连续量大与可操作性的因素,预先分级应用到工业上连续生产推荐使用0.2mm的筛子。 Reducing fine-grained over-grinding,the copper ore was pre-classified before grinding in Fujian province.The tests of different particle sizes of pre-classification-grinding-flotation process were carried out.The closed-circuit test showed that a pre-classified particle size of 0.2 mm was the best.The yield of copper concentrate was 1.38%,the copper grade was 26.87%,and the copper recovery rate was 90.59%,which is an increase of the copper grade by 2.63%and copper recovery rate by 2.82%compared with the copper concentrate obtained from the original ore flotation process.Considering the large continuous volume and operability of subsequent industrial production,a 0.2mm sieve is recommended for continuous classification and application to industrial continuous production in advance.
