高铁水耗条件下120t转炉炼钢工艺实践

摘要 为保证高铁水耗冶炼条件下生产稳定顺行,三钢炼钢厂从冶炼供氧制度、枪位制度、加料模式等方面对工艺进行研究和实践,减少了高铁耗冶炼带来喷溅,过程返干现象,有效控制了开吹干法泄爆次数,终点三命中控制得到提高,实行了转炉稳定生产。 In order to ensure the stable and smooth production under the condition of high iron consumption,the steelmaking plant of Sansteel has studied and practiced the process from the aspects of smelting oxygen supply system,gun position system,charging mode,etc.,which has reduced the splashing and process back drying caused by high iron consumption smelting,effectively controlled the number of open blow dry method explosion relief,improved the end point three hit control,and implemented the stable production of converter.
