摘要
本文分析了120t转炉冶炼入炉原料、吹炼过程、脱氧合金化及钢包底吹、出钢时间等对钢中氮含量的影响。转炉底吹采用氮气,控制补吹氧流量、优化合金化顺序,稳定提高钢中的氮含量,提高螺纹钢强度。
The influence of raw material,blowing process,deoxidization alloying,ladle and tapping time on the nitrogen content of steel smelted by 120t converter was analyzed.The nitrogen content in steel was reduced and the quality of molten steel was improved by the means of nitrogen blowing,controlling the oxygen supplement flow,optimize alloying sequence,stably increasing nitrogen conten,increase reinforcement strength.
